Upon trying to install, ... I Continue without entering anything and receive the following ERROR:
Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation.
Who do I contact to obtain a 180 day evaluation key?

The service has expired, the station can not log in until the required service does not start.
Verify that the operating system is configured correctly.
Yet although I create a template , customizing it the model and when I finished , click "Finish the desktop personalization to prepare the system and close the template "

I'm trying to set up a multipoint server 2012 for a school.
I wanna run it on a HP DL360.
No problem during installation, but when trying to set up the server according to

I need a button for virtual desktops, but the button is missing. Do I have to enable it somewhere?

Hi,
The multipoint dashboard shows all clients as disconnected (the network cable with the X). However, all clients function nomally.
When I take control of one of the clients, I receive the error "The Take Control action failed. Multipoint cannot connect to the session."
Any idea in which direction I should be looking?

Hi. I have a customer who uses WMS 2011 happily since 2011 and now I noticed they have errors and their system is unstable. The problem I noticed first is that on the console, it says MP2011 (that's the name of the server) "Unable to connect".
But user can work. Then, looking at the logs, I found lots of errors, see screenshot below.
I've been checking all I could but I am at a loss as to what is the cause of this. System hasn't changed, only system updates are run automatically, so I suspect something in this area.
I also noticed that one of the NIC is reporting "Unidentified network" which also wasn't appearing before. I could find some hints for this error and I am gonna try that tomorrow. I don't think both events are related but I wanted to mention this for completeness. I would appreciate any help on the first error.

I am a student in Tanza National High School, in the Philippines and we have a MultiPoint-powered computer laboratory, but, we have a problem right now. The Multipoint Server (the host or the admin) flashes MultiPoint log-out screensaver when we are attempting to update it with our teacher. It blinks and flashes uncontrollably tha we cannot use it properly. What should we do?
I got stuck in one of the screen. I tried to Press B as much and as long as I can, but it still did not respond.
What is wrong? What should I do?
We have released two updates for MultiPoint Server 2012 which are available through Windows update.
Update Rollup 3 includes the following improvements:
•A resolution for the issue in which USB devices, including hubs and audio devices, were unavailable or in an error state at system startup.
•A resolution for the issue in which MultiPoint Manager might show "invalid namespace root\virtualization” when you enable virtual desktops.
•An improved speed of redirection for devices other than keyboards and mouse devices.

I am having a problem that the multipoint server 2011 does not open all standard addins in the dashboard.
If I activate them, it gives an error opening and gives the only option to disable the bad addin..
It's the standard addins that came with wms 2011
Does anyone faced this problem?

Hello, I recently tried several times with different ip to download the EN-US_WMS_PREM_EVAL_InstallDVD.iso (WMS 2011).
I am able to download successfully only with Windows Download Manager, but the ISO size is not 3.2 GB, it is exactly 3.446.697.984 bytes. When i try to make the install (just to test it) I get the "/windows/system32/boot/winload.exe corrupt or not existing ERROR: 0xc000001". The connection is dropped several times during download, and this happens with different ISPs too.
Please can anybody help me, maybe with an alternative mirror ?

I installed a WMS 2012 server on a (fast) desktop for the teacher, I guess she represents the 'primary direct-video-connected station' (in
WMS speak), meaning she works on the server.
There are 4 RDP over LAN thin clients in the back of the class, for the students. This works well, but now a HDMI beamers is being installed in the classroom. In the teachers PC that runs WMS2012, there is an available HDMI output on the graphics card, but
I cannot find a way to duplicate the screen of the teacher onto the beamer? (the usual way it works on the Windows desktop via right-clicking and selecting Screen resolution and then 'duplicate screen' is
not available in WMS2012, it complains about an external session)
Does anyone know how this can be solved?
The beamer is usually not used at the same time as the WMS2012 thin clients, but the goal is for the teacher to only need one PC (the WMS2012 server), so it should also be able to drive the beamer through screen duplication.

We have a number of servers that we loaded with 2012 WMS but it turned out that we're not actually using any of the Multipoint features.
Is it possible to upgrade from 2012 WMS to 2012 R2, or is a reimage required?
The other day I noticed after rebooting that it would log onto wmsshell user with a standard explorer.exe shell instead of wmsshell.exe . After some research I found that I should add the registry key shell pointing to wmsshell.exe in the users ntuser.dat.
After I did that, after rebooting WMSShell is signed in but locked. I've tried multiple other things but can't fix the issue. I also can't switch to station mode. I am doing everything remotely. Any ideas? I'm also not on a domain

-Deleting WMSShell user and letting WMS rebuild it

I am attempting to create a Windows 10 Virtual Desktop Template on a 2012 MP Server. I am able to successfully create the template and customize it, however I am unable to install the WMS Connector into the template, it fails during installation. Does anybody know if it's compatible with Windows 10 or just Windows 7 or 8?
I have UR3 installed on the MP Server before attempting to access the share and the installation files for the WMS Connector.
