I'm using an HP z620 workstation with 10 Atrust m320 clients. Occasionally, about once a day, I receive "shell has stopped working" and the server freezes and all the clients stop working.
The server can work for days when there are no clients connected.
I've seen this thread Link, where it's suggested to install KB2975719. I download the update from here - Link. When I try to install it it says: "Windows Update Standalone Installer. The update is not applicable to your computer".
I've followed the install instructions, I see that I have to install some other update dependencies before KB2975719, but they also end up with the same error.
What's the problem? Microsoft says that this is the solution for this crash on Multipoint 2012, I try install it on Multipoint 2012 Premium and it's telling me that I can't install it on this OS???
