Diagnostics Process:
- When booting to safe mode a notification is given that the SrcShell application has failed.
- At that time Ctrl-Al-Del is operable and you can run explorer or switch users and log into an administrative user.
- Under the administrative user we checked the event log, services, and registry to determine how the system was configured and what errors were taking place.
