Greetings,
We have a fresh install of MPS 2012, I followed the install/configuration guide to a T, I connected 2 stations to the system initially and they both connected up fine. I rebooted the server last night and now one of the stations is reporting an error (on the stations tab) for the keyboard and mouse. I unassigned the station (by the way, the stations are TheHub 400 units by Greenbridge computing) and tried to reassign it, upon reassigning it the server told me that the network was busy. I tried again this morning and it finally connected, however the mouse and keyboard errors are still there.
In the system event log I see a slew of these messages:
Source: NUServer64 - Event ID: 4 - <A0094100_4> IP-C0A8644D connect fail.
Source: NUServer64 - Event ID: 4 - <A0094100_4> Network Connection Open fail.
Source: NUServer64 - Event ID: 4 - <A0094100_4> Open legacy socket fail.
Source: NUServer64 - Event ID: 4 - <A0094100_4> Connect fail.
The precursor to those errors are these informational messages:
Source: Service Control Manager - Event ID: 7036 - The Device Setup Manager service entered the running state.
Source: Winlogon - Event ID: 7001 - User Logon Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program
Source: Service Control Manager - Event ID: 7036 - The Portable Device Enumerator Service service entered the running state.
I'm not sure what the problem is, we tried uninstalling all the USB devices and allowing Windows to add them again but that did not work. We do have another station that is connecting right now with no issues but it appears that this one will not connect no matter what we do.
Any help would be much appreciated.
