WordQ/SpeakQ Will Not Work on MP Server 2012 Premium

I work for a provincial school district in Canada and we have been using Multi-Point Server 2012 Premium for a while now.  One of the pieces of software that we are trying to use on this platform is WordQ/SpeakQ  Version 4 from the following company:

This is assistive technology software that performs text-to-speech (WordQ portion) and speech-to-text (SpeakQ portion) for students who need extra help with tests and assignments or have some sort of disability and require assistance using a computer.

The WordQ portion of the program works fine (text-to-speech), but the SpeakQ portion of the program causes an application error and will not work properly.  I've worked with the company tring to get their product to work on this platform, but after several attempts and discussions, they have simply stated that they don't support Thin/Zero Clients or Virtual environments for their product.

Tried playing with file permissions on the installation folder, opened up to Full Control for all users, but didn't help.  Is there any other way that you can think of trying to get this program to work properly?
