Imaged and restored MultiPoint 2011 boots fine but won't accept RDP sessions

We imaged (ShadowProtect) a functioning WMS 2011 system (running on an HP ProLiant MicroServer) with the intent of restoring it (HIR) on newer, better, faster hardware.  The new install (Dell T110 Quad Core Xeon) boots and runs fine.  It has been removed/added to the SBS domain, local console logins are as expected, Shares are browsible from within the domain, the NIC pings, etc.  What we cannot do is connect to it via RDP...it just doesn't answer.

Here is what we noted:

                - Once all new hardware drivers were installed, system seemed to perform well as a standard server; file shares, AD join, etc. all worked.

                - MultiPoint will not answer RDP requests on new machine.

                - Spent time troubleshooting with no success. Rejoined Domain, manually removed all thehidden hardware left over from the MicroServer, etc.

                - We believe the issue is with a conflict on the virtual NIC that is created for Multipoint, it creates 7 “network cards”, but it listens for RDP connections on RDP-TCP8#(1 to 7).

What can we do to re-establish our RDP connections to this machine?

Thanks,

Gavin
